About the Role | Mō te Tūranga This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and overall quality of product data within Woolworths New Zealand. This involves adhering to data governance practices, providing BAU support such as store systems support, and continuously seeking ways to improve, simplify, and automate processes. A key aspect of this role is delivering exceptional service to internal business partners and stakeholders. This includes collaborating with various teams to understand their product data needs, providing training and insights to drive data-driven decision-making, and proactively resolving issues. It also involves identifying and addressing complex system issues to prevent future occurrences. Furthermore, this role champions data quality by ensuring product data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, while adhering to data governance policies and security regulations. About You | Mōu You’re someone who possesses a strong combination of technical expertise and customer-centric skills. You have exceptional knowledge and experience in SAP and Salesforce platforms, coupled with strong customer service experience that enables you to effectively resolve both internal and external customer issues. You’re a strong communicator, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. With a deep understanding of data accuracy and a proven track record of delivering exceptional service to stakeholders, you are well-equipped to excel in this dynamic and demanding role.
