The difference you’ll make As Data Masque’s first Customer Success Manager, you’ll lead the charge in driving enterprise growth and product adoption. Working with our internal teams, you’ll coordinate smooth implementations, manage key stakeholders, and ensure customers get the most out of our product. You’ll map complex organisational networks, build strong relationships, and unlock strategic upsell opportunities. Success means expanding our presence within major enterprises and driving customer success at every level. We’re looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented go-getter who thrives in dynamic enterprise environments and knows how to turn complexity into opportunity. What you’ll do Guide customers through onboarding and implementations, ensuring a seamless experience and coordinating support tickets as needed. Build strong relationships across departments and become the go-to person for enterprise clients. Map organisational structures to identify cross-sell opportunities. Collaborate closely with our internal teams while managing customer expectations and success. Monitor product adoption, troubleshoot issues and ensure customers see tangible ROI. What we're looking for Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role within enterprise software or IT environments. Technical understanding of enterprise IT systems, including stakeholder structures, workflows, and security considerations. Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple implementations and stakeholder interactions simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach. Nice to haves Prior experience working with enterprise security, enterprise infrastructure, data masking, or data governance solutions. Experience working in fast-paced startup or growth-stage companies.
