This is where you come in! As our Senior Insight Analyst, you’ll use insights and advanced analytics to drive improvement in Timely’s overall performance. We take a data driven approach to decision making and our Insights Analysts are experts at balancing the need for data and insights with the speed at which we need to make quality decisions. We are a small team, focused on building self service tools for the business for access to quality insights. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to proactively identify issues where data science techniques will deliver meaningful solutions. You’re a strong communicator and have a knack for translating information for other people across the business and can build models to present important information using data visualisation techniques.Across the wider EverCommerce portfolio of businesses, you’ll set the bar for using advanced analytics, coaching senior management and the wider data community on data science and its potential. You love data science and want to bring others on the journey with you! We’d love to hear from you if you have… Strong experience using advanced analytics and data science techniques to improve business performance, and knowledge of business visualisation tools such as Power BIA proven track record of partnering with business areas to provide advice, deliver outcomes, drive optimisation and efficienciesStrong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate at multiple levels, create clarity from complexity and translate complex data into commercial information to inform decision makingEvidence of statistical assessment capability to monitor outcomes and evaluate different methodsAbility to work autonomously, be curious and use initiative to solve challenging problems. We are a relatively lean organisation so you’ll be expected to dive into new areas on a fairly regular basisExperience with Snowflake, DBT, Power BI and Google Analytics would be an advantageStrong technical skills (preferably with knowledge of Python/R and SQL) Relevant tertiary qualification - Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science etc.3+ years of experience in a similar role.
