Healthcare manager to oversee day to day operations for 3 busy clinics. Staff management, systems improvement, business growth..... Medcall is working closely with our client to find that shining star for this senior management position. A stimulating role for an experienced Operational Manager, this encompasses not only day to day business, but also compliance, stakeholder engagement across a variety of networks, and change management as you take the team through transition. With 3 clinics in different locations around Auckland, a staff of approximately 20 (doctors, nurses and admin personnel), there are logistical challenges as well as all the regular personnel issues. Your previous experience managing a busy practice or healthcare organisation will go a long way here, as you will understand the dynamics of these teams, HR processes, and what is required for PHO compliance and reporting. As an education provider there are additional legislative requirements to take into account as well, but there is solid support provided for you. Your incredible interpersonal & communication skills attention to detail ability to see the big picture and think strategically people management knowledge of PHO compliance and requirements.....will all work hand in hand to ensure you are the successful candidate here! This is a full time Monday to Friday role, no oncall.
