What You'll Be Doing Lead strategic planning and implementation of HSW initiatives. Provide expert advice on HSW critical risk management, compliance, and contractor safety. Deliver training and coaching to uplift HSW capability across the group. Promote cultural confidence and alignment with Ngāi Tahu values. Ensure robust reporting and continuous improvement in HSW systems and processes. Champion wellbeing programs and emergency preparedness. What You'll Bring A tertiary qualification in Health and Safety (Level 6+ preferred). Proven experience in HSW advisory roles, ideally within Māori or similar organizations. Strong knowledge of NZ HSW legislation and best practice. Cultural competency and a desire to embrace te reo Māori and tikanga. Confidence, pragmatism, and a collaborative mindset.
