Description

The Laboratory of Genome Function, led by Dr. Tim Stuart (https://stuartlab.org) at the Genome Institute of Singapore is seeking a postdoctoral fellow interested in single-cell epigenomics. The successful candidate will lead the development of new algorithms and software for the analysis of single-cell genomic data, and lead the application of these methods to analyze and interpret new single-cell datasets. Requirements: Ph. D. in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field. Applicants with a degree in a biological field with strong programming and data analysis experience will also be considered. Experience in the analysis of single-cell data Ability to program in R, Python, C++, or Rust Machine learning experience Demonstrated ability to independently lead research projects Excellent oral and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to publish high-quality research
