Over time, this will lift our organisational capability to provide high quality and timely business data, information, analysis and insights to a variety of audiences including our Executive Leadership Team and our Board.What we're looking forWe're looking for a self-starter who is proactive and able to focus on the bigger picture. Someone who can quickly get to grips with the current state and ample opportunities as well as identify and work through the challenges. To take us to the next level in this space, working across the organisation will be key, so an ability to collaborate and engage with all levels is vital. Bringing vision to this work and helping to pave the way forward, will ensure success of this role.Our ideal candidate:experience in a Senior role, using analytical systems such as PowerBI - knowledge of Snowflake would be idealability to utilise systems to present, extract and analyse data and informationability to develop and embed business rules and processes to ensure consistency and accuracy of data and that best practice is understood across the organisationa continuous improvement mindset and a knack for identifying data quality improvementconfident communicator with excellent numerical and business writing skills, particularly the ability to communicate technical informationability to run workshops and facilitate conversations to develop ideas and solutionsa good sense of fun and humour too!Other good stuffYou'll be part of an excellent team where you will enjoy great employee benefits - we'll match your Kiwi Saver up to 4%, you'll receive Income Protection and Life Insurance upon joining.
