Technical BA in data and digital realmData Warehousing , ETL framework, Microsoft Azure , Data Factory, Road mapping6 months contract (potential for extension) , Wellington + flexible WFH arrangements ABOUT THE ROLEA newly established role, you will support the Data & Analytics team to help shape the strategy, quality and development of data and analytical outputs, that support the organisational decision making.DUTIES Mapping current data ecosystem across the organisation and determining which system need to be integrated to a solutionSupport tender activities to build a data platform that is fit for purpose and enables external sharing and external data captureWork collaboratively with key internal stakeholders and data management partners, to develop and continually evolve data management capabilityCentralise the information systems that can be analyzed to make more informed decisions.Designing and implementing applications required by the end-users.Help with resourcing the Data and Analytics team, develop the roadmap, high level and low level viewsMapping internal and external providers. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in Data and Digital projectsExperience with Data Warehousing, including Cloud-based data warehouses, application development, reporting, and/or analyticsExperience of the SDLC in relation to BI/Data Warehouse development lifecycle & implememtationExpertise in capturing, managing, and validating technical and business requirements.Understanding of ETL framework and tools , data modelling and Proof of data warehousing concept.Proven experience in a similar role support role working with Office365, Azure AD and Windows operating systems.Understanding of databases such as SQL Server, MySQL and Azure SQL.Experience in applying Tikanga Māori as it applies in the role is desirable.
