Responsibilities Installation Planning & Design: develop and review tool hook‐up drawings, CAD layouts, and utility requirements (e.g., HVAC, exhaust, bulk/specialty gases, chemical, ultra‐pure water).
Project Coordination: manage the entire tool installation lifecycle, including rigging, placement, and utility connections.
Contractor Management: supervise external contractors for site work, ensuring compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations, risk assessments, and permits to work.
Schedule & Budget Control: develop and monitor project schedules, and manage capital and expense expenditures related to tool installation.
Troubleshooting: perform root‐cause analysis on utility/cleanroom system issues and implement corrective/preventive actions (CA/PA).
Documentation: maintain up‐to‐date utility databases, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and installation documentation.
Qualifications & Skills Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
At least 3‐5 years of tool installation & planning experience in semiconductor cleanroom environments.
Understanding of facilities utility systems (HVAC, exhaust, piping) and proficiency with Auto CAD.
Strong project management, analytical thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
