In this key role you'll Build and grow strong relationships with customers and key partners to generate quality referrals and ongoing business Provide clear, compliant insurance advice that meets customer needs and supports long-term wellbeing outcomes Drive business growth through consistent pipeline activity, proactive follow-ups, and high standards of service Complete annual policy reviews to ensure cover remains fit-for-purpose and customers stay protected as life changes Maintain strong sales discipline, managing applications, documentation, and timeframes with accuracy and care To be successful and grow in this role, you will ideally bring the following You're someone who brings energy, confidence, and professionalism, and knows how to sell with integrity.
Minimum 5 years' sales experience within banking or financial services.
NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) with Life, Health and Disability strand completed (required).
A strong track record of proven sales performance and results.
A natural relationship builder — credible, confident, and able to influence.
