Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the insurance process. Foster productive relationships with underwriters. Stay up-to-date on insurance industry trends and changes. Collaborate with the team to achieve joint objectives. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Insurance Broker or a related role. New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) General Insurance qualification. Ability to explain complex insurance terms and policies in a clear, understandable manner. Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills. A customer-centric approach and a passion for helping clients. Willingness to adapt to a non-corporate, friendly work environment.
