Fraterworks is a fast-growing leader supplying luxury raw materials for the global perfumery industry. We’re seeking a meticulous Packaging & Quality Control Specialist to join our evening shift, ensuring our premium ingredients consistently meet exceptional standards.

We are only hiring New Zealand
citizens and permanent residents. We do not offer sponsorships or work to temporary visitors.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 4:45 – 11:15pm (30 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities
Accurately package premium fragrance ingredients following company guidelines.
Ensure packaging is secure, visually appealing, and fully compliant with regulatory standards.
Verify batch numbers, expiration dates, and other essential details.
Maintain an organized, clean workspace to support efficient operations.
Quality Control Tasks
Conduct thorough inspections of packaged products, ensuring the highest quality standards.
Perform quality tests at various production stages, documenting results clearly.
Report discrepancies promptly and work closely with production teams to address issues swiftly.
Inventory & Compliance
Assist in tracking inventory levels of packaging materials and raw ingredients.
Maintain proper storage conditions to preserve product integrity.
Adhere strictly to health, safety, and quality assurance protocols, staying current with industry regulations.
Who You Are
Experience in packaging, quality control, or a similar meticulous role preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to identify subtle quality issues.
Highly organized, capable of efficient work under time pressure.
Clear communication skills, essential for accurate reporting and effective teamwork.
Working Conditions
Standing for extended periods is required.
Work environment: laboratory and warehouse setting
