Mō tēnei tūranga - About the role: As part of our People Advisory team, the NHQ Business Partner supports the alignment of the organisational People strategy with the overarching business strategy, guiding and advising on strategic management, providing targeted advice, expertise and guidance whilst engaging with managers across the region to provide support implementing strategic processes and transformational change. You will build a high level of trust and become the go-to person for any generalist HR related queries. You will work closely with the different areas of the people branch to provide high quality and timely advice across the organisation.
