About the Role: As a Chapter Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading a community of technical professionals, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. This role is critical in shaping technical standards, fostering collaboration, and delivering successful outcomes across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a community of technical experts, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices. Oversee the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage and optimize team performance through goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, agile-driven projects. Ensure successful project delivery by coordinating with product owners, project managers, and other stakeholders. Key Skills and Experience: Proven leadership experience with a strong background in agile project delivery. Expertise in software development lifecycle management, particularly in integration technologies. Ideally experience with at least two more of these technologies: Azure, Mulesoft, Salesforce or Oracle. Experience in managing vendor relationships and delivering cost-effective technology solutions. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and drive change. In-depth knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes. Prior financial/insurance domain experience is needed. You will need to have experience in a large enterprise-level type of environment.
