We are looking for motivated, diligent lawyers with broad commercial/corporate skills to work with our partners across the Commercial department. You’ll have anywhere from 5+ years’ relevant experience, which might include commercial contracting, company, JVs, M & A, business restructuring, capital markets, public takeovers, private equity transactions, regulatory work, ICT, etc. If this opportunity to fast track your career interests you, we’d love to talk to you.
