Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports.

Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Collaborate with management to develop and manage budgets.

Provide guidance on financial forecasts and assist in strategic planning.

Tax Compliance:

Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Stay updated on changes in tax laws and implement necessary adjustments.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

Implement best practices to enhance the overall accounting function.


Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

Professional accounting designation (CA, CPA, ACCA, etc.).

3 -4 years of experience as an Intermediate account,

5+ years of experience in a senior accounting role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.

Proficient in relevant accounting software.

Skills and Attributes:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
