About the role

We’re looking for passionate and tenacious people to join our team based in Mt. Albert. This is permanent part-time role starting on 29th March 2021.

Working as a  Customer Support Specialist,  you will make every communication matter, ensuring that all points of the customer journey are as stress free as possible. You will pride yourself on delivering a great customer experience.

You will love to learn and be driven by helping others when it matters most!

Day to day you will be:

Providing memorable experience on every interaction
Build relationship and engage customers by going extra mile
Responding tocustomerqueries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat

If you can communicate with customers in a professional, friendly & thoughtful way with the ability to adapt to demanding situations and customer types this may be the role for you!

Previous experience in customer support role
Have strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
You need to have customer focus and ability to adapt to customer needs
Need to be able to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
