At The Learning Centre (TLC), we are offering a unique opportunity for a kaiako to be part of a continuity of care cycle, starting in our infants room and progressing alongside a group of tamariki throughout their early years. This role is ideal for someone who values connection, presence, and meaningful relationships.
We are a small, family-owned centre in Ponsonby, deeply committed to the RIE and Educaring approach. Our philosophy centres around respectful, attuned teaching, key caregiving, and authentic partnerships with families. Teachers in continuity roles are supported to attend the 10-day RIE Foundations Intensive to deepen their practice.
