Job Overview:-To develop and grow the Pepsico ANZ export business in the Southern Hemisphere with a focus on delivering sustainable and profitable channel and category growth in existing geographies and customers.
Responsibilities Ensure delivery of NSV and GM/VC targets for the specified channels/accounts Identify sustainable growth opportunities in existing channels and develop plans to maximise these opportunities Manage pricing, forecast, sales and promotional plans to deliver profit targets including management of trade spend budget Build profitable relationships with key accounts Partner with in-market distributors to ensure account plans are executed in outlets to agreed gold standard (range, availability, visibility, promo compliance)Demonstrate and exercise a commitment to promote, develop and improve the health, safety and welfare of our people Qualifications Prefer Bachelor Degree5+ years sales experience preferably as key account manager with proven target ownership (NSV/volume/margin) and hands‐on distributor/customer management, ideally in Pacific export markets.
Strong analytical skills to deliver sound commercial based recommendations and decisions Market & channel understanding: Strong grasp of export route-to-market and channel mechanics, how distributors operate, what drives execution in-store, and how to win across modern trade, traditional trade, and impulse/convenience in export environments.
