The NHC is a Maori-led and culturally driven organization that supports solutions for all whanau, especially those communities that are not well served by health and social services. The role: The Lead Mohio has a key role in leading our Mohio Team and the integration of data into decision-making systems and processes. This role will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and execution of software development and analytics projects across the NHC. In this role you will partner with other areas of the business (and external partners) to ensure delivery of whanau-centric and timely solutions that drive forward the NHC's business and strategy and outcomes to our customers, both internal and external. Lead Mohio is also responsible for ensuring efficient, effective, and continuously improving processes and systems to ensure the team deliver to their customers and NHC. It is critical that the team drives innovation and builds on the successes to date About you: This role oversees a significant team, customer base and ensures that the digital solutions continue to operate, it is therefore essential that you have robust and broad knowledge of IT strategy within the data and analytics space as well as the ability to communicate and deliver those solutions to create meaningful outcomes. You will be an experienced and charismatic leader who is excited by the prospect of a role that combines customer focus, technology skills and business development with solid disciplines in product development, management, and strategy. This is a unique opportunity for someone with the right skills to come in and really make meaningful change on a broad spectrum. Experience in the public health industry would be beneficial however we are looking for people who have undertaken these types of programmes of work before and have proven delivery capability. We are a Kaupapa Maori organization so ideally you will have a strong, personal connection to Tikanga Maori and have started your te reo journey.
