Can be based from anywhere in Aotearoa!As a Learning Facilitator, you will be the driving force behind our training programmes, delivering engaging and impactful learning experiences both in-person and online.
Your mission will be to inspire and assess our team, helping them achieve their full potential and advance their careers.
This is a full time position - Monday to Friday and can be based anywhere in Aotearoa.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Deliver impactful learning programme to both internal and external groups, on time and on target.
Execute all training sessions professionally, adhering to course documentation and best facilitation practices.
Travel as needed to bring training wherever it's required.
Support your team effectively during all learning and development events.
Foster a positive environment in every learning and development event.
Organise all training logistics including resources, venues and participants well in advance.
Provide personalised support to individual learners within agreed timeframes.
Champion e Learning whenever necessary.
Engage in programme reviews by evaluating outcomes and refining course materials.
Expertise in health, disability, or social services sectors.
(level 3 or 4 certificate)Previous experience working as community support worker.
Unit standard 4098 certified (or willing to achieve).
Proven facilitator of adult learning groups.
Strong relationship builder with customers and colleagues.
Excellent communicator with a professional telephone manner.
Data-driven decision maker— skilled in data management and reporting.
Master multitasker with exceptional time management.
Advanced Excel and Word user (including mail merge).
Tech-savvy— comfortable navigating multiple systems and external sites.
