We’re seeking a skilled Legal Executive to manage a range of legal matters while providing high-quality service to clients. The role offers a balanced mix of independence and teamwork, allowing you to leverage your expertise in a client-focused environment.

In this role, you'll:
Manage a diverse legal caseload across residential and commercial matters with a focus on conveyancing and subdivisions.
Work collaboratively with senior legal professionals on complex matters.
Deliver expert guidance on Wills, Trusts, and Property.
Provide proactive support to Partners, assisting with documentation, client relations, and case progression.
Uphold the highest standards of legal compliance and confidentiality.
Consistently produce high-quality work while maintaining excellent organisation and efficiency in an electronic environment.
Mōu | About You
You are an experienced Legal Executive with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. With a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to client service, you build lasting relationships and provide effective legal solutions.

Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and Experience
Experienced Legal Executive with a strong background in managing conveyancing matters.
NZILE registration (preferred but not essential) with PQE experience.
Capability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
Strong communication and organisational skills.

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per annum.
Full-time, permanent role.
