We are looking for skilled and experienced Legal Secretaries ready to step in and provide immediate assistance. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to lawyers and legal professionals.
- Manage and organize legal documents, including drafting, formatting, and proofreading.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and court dates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and other financial administrative tasks.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information as needed.
- Prepare and format presentations, reports, and legal briefs.
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and company policies.
What we are looking for:
- Solid legal secretary experience
- Proficiency in legal document management and familiarity with legal terminology
- Strong English written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities for deadlines
