Social & Paid Media Executive

In this role you will be responsible for

Driving traffic through well thought out campaigns and inspiring concepts across all digital marketing channels. You’ll be managing all things social for our brands - Merchant 1948 and Mi Piaci. This will include managing the performance of multiple social media platforms, writing inspiring copy, building engaged audiences, and delivering strategic paid social campaigns to ensure overall digital success. You’ll also take the lead in managing accounts and collaborating with agencies to deliver strategic paid media campaigns across the google network and you’ll support the digital marketing team in developing plans and content across our website and email channels. You’ll be an advocate for driving engagement, growth and return on investment for our organic and paid channels with our customer journey at the heart of all that you do.

We are looking for someone with:

3 years’

experience in a similar role in retail & driving

Ecommerce

& In store sales through media campaigns
Passionate in the

digital adtech space

with an understanding of data, social media and paid ads
A love for fashion retail
The ability to

thoroughly plan and execute

digital marketing campaigns
A flair for communication

– you’ll have strong writing skills & can tell stories and communicate brand messages.
Proficient with

Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager

is required
Experience with running or managing

Paid Search accounts

including pacing, updates and optimisations
Exceptional

collaborative skills

- you love to grow relationships and work as a team
Great

time management

- you can be relied upon to deliver on time and to budget
A growth mindset
