Position Overview
We’re seeking a graduate engineer to:
Support compliance whitelisting activities.
Manage a standards & regulatory database related to regulations, grid codes, and standards for EMC, safety, grid connection, cybersecurity, etc.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.
Organized and systematic in approach.
Understanding of document metadata.
Collaborative with integrity.
Ability to work independently and proactively to mitigate compliance risks.
Advantages include proficiency in additional languages, SQL, or Python.
Tools & Technologies
MS Office, Share Point, Jira, JAMA.
Key Tasks
Data Management
Research and capture latest standards and updates.
Coordinate content reviews and advise on regulatory changes.
Handle certification documents and capture their metadata.
Track progress and provide status updates.
Learn about Enphase products through datasheets and technical documents.
Identify workflow improvements.
Technical Writing & Document Handling
Identify compliance evidence for standards and grid codes.
Manage confidential information appropriately.
Engage legal counsel for NDAs when necessary.
Maintain and expand the Compliance JAMA Library.
Capture country and product-specific requirements.
Create Test Report Forms (TRFs).
Map relationships between requirements, test cases, and results.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Engage with engineers, program management, legal, regulators, and labs.
Assist whitelisting agencies/regulators by referencing correct documentation.
