Our plant in Mataura is gearing up for the 2023 - 2024 season and are currently looking for skilled butchers and boners to join the team!

Ō pūkenga - About you:
Previous experience in the meat processing industry Knife handling and sharpening skills Essential - experience as a butcher on a slaughter board OR boning in a processing room Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment Have a sound understanding of good hygiene and safety practices You are eligible to work in New Zealand You will pass a pre-employment drug test and medical assessment You are willing and able to follow and respect workplace health and safety You enjoy working within a team environment You are physically fit, committed and reliable
