We’re seeking a talented Logistics Coordinator to join our Global Supply Chain team, based at our Auckland Winery in Glendene. This exciting role will be responsible for coordinating outwards inventory movements from Auckland to our customers across the globe.What you’ll be doing Scheduling shipments from available inventory and production release and process all required export documentation Coordinating all transport and shipping schedules for the inward and outward container movements at our busy Auckland winery Liaising with production and warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate container loading Monitoring all deliveries and ensure quality outcomes for our customers Maintaining accurate inventory records What you’ll bring 2-3 years experience in a logistics, accounts or administration in a demanding operational environment The ability to confidently build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external parties Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen and adapt your style Motivation to succeed and you thrive working in a high-performance culture delivering high-quality outcomes Naturally high attention to detail, you enjoy working with numbers/data and are quick to learn systems and processes.
