We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Event Set Up and Pack Down Staff on a casual/temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced industry, working on a variety of events and functions throughout Christchurch.
Responsibilities:
Set up and pack down of event equipment, including tables, chairs, stages, and decorations
Assist with the transportation and loading/unloading of event equipment
Ensure all equipment is set up according to plans and specifications
Provide excellent customer service to clients and event attendees
Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in event set up and pack down is preferred, but not essential
Strong physical fitness, as the role involves heavy lifting and manual labor
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliability and punctuality
