Our expansion has created another exciting opportunity for the right person looking for a career in sales with a market leader. The role is based at Edwards & Hardy Wellington Ltd. The role involves servicing our existing customer base and creating new opportunities. A typical day will involve five hours of canvassing in the field talking to homeowners and providing tailored roof appraisals (from the ground), as well as three hours of following up with homeowners who were not home, and with existing customers. Full training will be provided, giving you the expertise to provide homeowners with tailored roof maintenance solutions. Responsibilities and Qualifications


Thrives to earn good commission and self‐motivated to put extra effort to achieve Daily, weekly & Monthly sales target.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned area.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through door‐to‐door visits, cold calling, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Present and demonstrate our products/services to customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
Handle customer objections and concerns with confidence and professionalism.
Comfortable with door knocking and cold calling.
Fun, energetic and confident.
With outstanding communication skills.
Resilient and hard‐working.
Able to identify opportunities in the B2 C market.
Diligent in following up with customers.
Competitive and has the motivation to excel and succeed.
Previous sales experience is essential but not necessary. Experience in B2 C sales is an advantage.

This is a full‐time salaried position, 40 hours of work per week guaranteed. Because the role involves talking to homeowners, these hours will often be worked outside of normal business hours. This flexibility in hours will appeal to you. Great time management is a must.

You will be provided with a phone, i Pad, uniform, and company car for business purposes and a competitive remuneration package.
