We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join the team at Mayoral Drive Student Accommodation in Auckland. About the Role Full Time position - 40 hours per week across Monday to Friday Additional hours may be required during our peak periods, on call after hours and weekends Manage the overall maintenance of the apartments, common areas and building exterior Undertake grounds & building requests including electrical, plumbing and building Respond to all maintenance requests & drive building improvements throughout property Work within and maintain procedures and standards for all operational areas to maximize efficiency of resources Establish systems and procedures to facilitate preventative maintenance programs Maintain accurate filing of all maintenance and service records Complete monthly report and handle maintenance budget About You Previous experience in a similar role within accommodation, real estate or hospitality Trade qualification as a Mechanical Engineer, Electrician or Plumber (highly regarded) Previous experience in a supervisory role within a maintenance department Current First Aid certificate and OH&S principles and chemical handling understanding Current NZ driver's licence (required) National Police Check (required) Working with Children's check (required) Our Benefits and Culture Our culture is built on trust and engagement and we go the extra mile to make your career at UniLodge as rewarding as possible.
