Experienced Management Accountant with a background in manufacturing or costing? This senior role offers real ownership and influence, sitting close to production in a high-performance manufacturing business. You’ll provide the costing integrity, margin visibility, and operational insight that leaders rely on to price work, understand performance, and protect profitability. Working alongside production and operations, you’ll own the management accounting lens across standard costing, job costing, WIP, and inventory analysis. You’ll stay close to how work moves through the factory, using strong ERP and costing discipline to ensure activity is reflected accurately and consistently. Over time, that exposure provides you the perspective to refine cost models and processes, strengthening margin visibility and commercial discipline across the business — with direct access to decision-makers and a supportive manager.
