The Opportunity As a Management Accountant at Westcon New Zealand, you will be at the heart of key business decision-making, leveraging your financial expertise to guide strategic planning and support operational success. You'll be responsible for providing critical financial insights, overseeing essential accounting functions, and helping shape the future of our business. Key Responsibilities: Assist with annual budgeting and strategic business planning Contribute to quarterly forecasting and financial tracking activities Complete month-end accounting closures and reporting activities Administer customer and vendor rebate programs, accruals, payments, and reporting Manage vendor receivables for rebates, returns, and marketing initiatives Review and analyse transactional sales margins at the order level, offering commercial insights and advice Oversee employee incentives and bonus schemes Authorise and manage payments via the Bank portal Support Year-end close and audit processes Provide ad hoc project support as needed What We’re Looking For:3-5 years of experience in a similar management accounting role Experience with SAP and Hyperion is a plus Advanced Excel and Power BI skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail with a passion for accuracy A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach What We Offer You: Flexible work policy to promote a healthy work-life balance Onsite parking for your convenience Ongoing learning and development opportunities to help you grow professionally Continuous support for career progression and personal development Community service leave to support causes you care about Why Westcon-Comstor?Join a team that truly values its people!
