Key Responsibilities: Greet patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal office flow.
Prepare and send records to insurance companies.
Process new patient information and documentation.
Answer phone calls and emails, addressing patient inquiries.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Organise and participate in marketing events.
Requirements: Passion for health and wellness.
Background in customer service, sales or a professional setting.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Availability for occasional weekend events.
Proficiency with basic office software and scheduling systems is a plus.
Work Schedule: We have two part-time roles available to cover our working hours (approximately 25-28 hours each throughout the week).
Monday (8am-12pm and 3-7pm) Tuesday (3-7pm) Wednesday (8am-12pm and 3-7pm) Thursday (8am-12pm and 3-7pm) Friday (9am-12pm) Saturday (8am-12pm) Starting date is as soon as possible.
