We are seeking an experienced Export Air Freight Operator for a permanent full-time position, working at least a minimum of 40 hours per week.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career and learn all aspects of our Air freight products.

Responsibilities: Manage Export shipments, liaising with clients, suppliers, and airlines.

Produce documentation, monitor and track shipments, coordinate cartage, and ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner.

Provide excellent customer service, being proactive and able to think outside the box.

Minimum Requirements: Previous Freight Forwarding operations experience in New Zealand is a must.

Strong understanding of export air freight processes, regulations, and documentation essential.

Excellent communication skills (English verbal and written).

Excellent stakeholder management (clients, carriers, and regulatory agencies).

Capable of prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining an organized workflow.

Experience with Cargo Wise is optimal.
