The General Hand is responsible to the Finishing Department Glueing Supervisor for the safe and effective operation of Opal Cartons. The finishing assistant is expected to work as part of a team and contribute to the operation of the plant to achieve product that is on time and within specification.
Working hours : 7am-4pm( Monday to Friday).
Your responsibilities will involve:
Packing, feeding on gluers, heavy lifting
Sorting product
Generating labels
Setting auto tappers
Operating banding machine
Hand gluing
Training temps if applicable
Quality checks
Communicating effectively
Cleaning
