The Role :
As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, this is your chance to lead, influence, and drive impact in a growing, future-focused business. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll develop and deliver a sales strategy that brings Farrah’s business goals to life across the Grocery and Foodservice channels.
You’ll foster a high-performance culture, coach and energise your team, and ensure robust sales systems, structures, and processes are in place to exceed commercial targets. Building strategic partnerships and strong customer relationships will be at the heart of your approach, while you work cross-functionally to ensure every move supports Farrah’s broader vision.
Some overnight travel will be required.
What You Bring:
We’re looking for an experienced sales leader with a good to great mindset, who thrives as a change-maker and can hold meaningful business conversations that will add genuine value as a member of our SLT. You will bring strong commercial sales management experience from within the FMCG industry, along with a track record of leading and inspiring successful sales teams to exceed targets and deliver consistent results. Experience in the Foodservice sector will be considered a bonus.
Equally important are the personal attributes that will set you apart. You’ll bring natural charisma, and an engaging leadership style that helps you connect with customers and internal teams alike, encouraging action, creativity, and results. You’ll also be someone who communicates in a direct, commercially focused way that moves the dial, while your values-led approach ensures your leadership reflects integrity, customer value, and alignment with the company’s broader mission.
