Description
We are looking for a dynamic External VendorCoordinator is responsible for managing the procurement process for non-production goods within Danone NZ SP. Reporting to the Raws, Packs & Excellence Procurement Manager, this role will work closely with the cross functional team to understand their procurement needs and ensure that the correct process is followed along the way, driving compliance. This is a 6 months fixed term opportunity. You will: Collaborating with internal Contract Owners to understand their procurement needs and requirements Support Contract Owners with vendor documentation Review New Needs form for accuracy including risk analysis, and to determine next steps Review and update Preferred & Active Vendor list Contract management, including life cycle contract management Support on PO & invoice enquiry Review and approve masterdata requests & changes Spend reporting Support cross functional team on vendor trouble shooting Training Contract Owners in the Purchasing Policy & relevant SOPs Inititate and lead productivity cost saving projects within the indirect portfolio Support the Procurement Managers with adhoc tasks as required About you You are an energetic, proactive, confident, and process-oriented professional with prior experience of procurement and digitalization. To be successful you will also have: A tertiary Qualification, Procurement or Supply Chain preferred Comfortable to work without step-by-step guide Experience in manufacturing – pharmaceutical or FMCG environment and contract law is preferred A natural disposition for customer orientation, skilled in influencing & persuading others About us Danone's mission is Bringing health through food to as many people as possible and we want to invite people to join the movement for a healthier world.
