Injection Die SetterFull-timeJob DescriptionPurpose: To ensure the smooth running of the manufacturing process and to assist the Shift Leading Hand so that products are delivered in full, to the correct quality specification, and on time in line with the requirements of the manufacturing plan. To work as part of the operational team providing technical and fitting services to the team, to ensure the efficient running of the manufacturing process and to help ensure best utilisation of materials and labour. The ability to perform shift work and regular weekend work are requirements of the position.Key Performance Indicators are:To help ensure key cost areas of raw material usage, workstation up time, process efficiency, labour usage and quality requirements are met To ensure that all health and safety requirements are metTo ensure that environmental and food hygiene requirements are metThis is a production role and is pivotal to the smooth running of the manufacturing operation.
