The Role Reporting to the Safety and Sustainability Manager, we are seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Coordinator to join our team. This is a newly created role in which you will provide first-line advice and administrative support for all health and safety and employee wellbeing initiatives, ensuring a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace for all team members. This is a part-time role 28 to 32 hours per week across 5 days. It is a fixed-term position until December 2025. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line advice and support for health and safety and employee wellbeing initiatives. Coordinate and prepare H&S reporting and documentation, including quarterly reports and committee materials. Support leaders with incident investigations and risk register updates, ensuring thorough documentation and tracking of corrective actions. Collaborate with leaders, team members, and external partners to foster a proactive safety culture. Maintain and optimise our H&S system, including data updates, reporting, and user training. Promote wellbeing across the organisation. About You Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Strong organisational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Proactive with a keen eye for attention to detail. Qualifications And Expertise3+ years’ experience in a Health and Safety coordination role.3+ years' experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Demonstrated knowledge of safety and sustainability strategies and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Teams, Share Point, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. Understanding of, and ability to apply, H&S legislation and case law in the ANZ context. Experience using HRIS or safety database/software. What's In It For You Great discounts on our products.
