We are building out our R&D and technical team to scale our technology across game engines and global production systems. Role Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and technically fluent Research Engineerto lead and accelerate the development of our asset conversion and optimization technology stack.
This role is ideal for someone experienced in AI, 3 D computer vision, and neural rendering (e.g., Ne RF, Gaussian Splatting), who is excited by the challenge of turning research code into scalable, commercial-grade products.
You will work closely with product and engineering leads, including teams at HP, to embed our technology into the global gaming ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:?AI Algorithm Integration– Implement and optimize state-of-the-art methods (e.g., Ne RF, Neu S, Gaussian Splatting, photogrammetry) to enable high-fidelity asset capture and transformation.?Prototype to Product– Turn early-stage research models into modular, production-ready code that can be integrated into game engines (Unity, Unreal, and custom pipelines).?Game Asset Conversion– Solve challenges related to mesh simplification, rigging, texturing, and manufacturable output formats.?Collaboration with HP & Studios– Support joint development efforts with HP's product and manufacturing teams, and contribute to pilot integrations with game studios.?Research & Innovation– Stay current with trends in generative AI, neural rendering, and 3 D digitization; evaluate and test emerging methods for inclusion in our pipeline.?Documentation & Communication– Maintain clear documentation and communicate technical findings to internal and external stakeholders.
