Their unique solution can be used across all farming systems globally and has the potential to deliver significant climate change impacts. About the role We seek an experienced formulation scientist who can take on the role of a product development lead and drive prototypes towards a market-ready product. You will be supported by a team of scientists and technicians and work closely with the CSO, the Head of Product Development, and the regulatory team to prepare the prototypes for a successful transition into upscaling and commercial development. On this journey toward a stable and manufacturable product, you will deal with complex formulation and material science challenges and lean on your significant experience in pharmaceutical formulation and development to overcome them. You will have the pragmatism of an industry scientist driven by the desire to translate science into a commercial product and successful business outcomes. You will also contribute to generating and managing intellectual property and patents related to the developed technology. About you: Strong background in formulation technology with proven experience working in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or agricultural companies. Previous experience in product development and commercialisation. Experience with sustained-release formulations/devices. Previous GMP exposure. Prior leadership experience and a team-oriented approach. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, capable of conveying scientific concepts to general audiences and investors.
