The role
Reporting to the GM of National Sales, you will join our knowledgeable and experienced sales team and be supported by great training and shared expertise across the business. This is a diverse role involving providing a professional experience to our new and existing customers by managing all incoming and outbound sales calls.
Based in East Tamaki, Auckland, but assisting our sales teams across New Zealand, you’ll be the first point of contact for customer inquiries at Crown NZ. You will establish rapport, attend to queries, and deliver excellent customer service before handing customers over to the relevant sales team member. Additionally, you will make outbound calls to existing customers, generate leads for our sales teams covering new, second-hand, and rental products & services, and ensure opportunities to sell or upsell are maximized.
You will collaborate closely with our sales and operations teams across regions.

Located in East Tamaki, Auckland, you will be the first contact for customer inquiries, establishing rapport, addressing queries, and providing outstanding service. You will also make outbound calls to existing customers, create sales leads, and identify upselling opportunities.
You will work collaboratively with sales and operations teams nationwide.
Requirements
About you
Bring your energetic and enthusiastic personality to work daily, with a strong customer-focused and solutions-oriented attitude. Great communication skills are essential. You may be new to sales or have experience in account management or sales development, but you should demonstrate strong organizational, planning, influencing, and negotiation skills. IT proficiency and the ability to build and maintain relationships are crucial.
A positive attitude, cheerful personality, team spirit, and excellent customer service skills are important. Experience in automotive or mechanical industries is advantageous but not essential. We value the right attitude, eagerness to learn, and growth potential.
