Your Role

This role blends account management with a strong new business “hunter” focus. You’ll manage an established network of 20+ dealers across the South Island while actively identifying and converting new opportunities — particularly in competitive regions like Canterbury.

You’ll be trusted to run your territory with autonomy, building dealer capability and loyalty, and increasing penetration with builders, merchants, group home builders and project customers.

What you'll be doing Own and grow an established South Island dealer network while acting as a trusted commercial advisor
Hunt and win new business across builders, merchants and project channels, with a focus on Canterbury
Deliver consultative, solution-led sales through joint visits, pricing support and pipeline development
Run your territory with high autonomy, balancing travel, planning and virtual engagement

Strong prospecting and “hunter” capability — you enjoy winning new business
