You will be responsible for managing and monitoring all service activities for the customers in the assigned territory. In addition to that, you will evaluate hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems using schematics and diagnostic equipment. To be successful in this role, you must have maintenance and repair experience on aerial lifting equipment or similar equipment. Organize regular visits to customers ? Provide call-in support and technical product information ? Manage and report open machine downtime cases ? Provide support and solutions to quickly get machines running ? Organize, prepare, and perform internal and external training sessions ? Follow up and report performance of training activities ? Update training systems ? Provide reports of daily activities to department supervisor/manager ? Work collaboratively with direct manager to provide appropriate technical solutions ? High school diploma or GED required ? 3+ years of maintenance and repair on aerial lifting equipment experience required ?
