We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Wellington branch. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the vital link between our customers, technicians, and Service Managers, making sure everything runs smoothly from the first call to the final invoice.

This is a busy, rewarding role where your organisational skills and customer-first approach will shine. If you have some knowledge of trade or maintenance services, that’s great but don’t worry, full training will be provided.

In this role, you will:

You’ll take charge of coordinating service delivery, ensuring the right technician is scheduled for both planned and reactive jobs. Along the way, you’ll keep customers informed with clear, proactive communication so they always know what to expect.

Every interaction counts whether it’s over the phone, by email, through client portals, or via our 0800 support line, you’ll deliver professional, friendly support that builds trust and confidence.

Behind the scenes, you’ll manage the details that keep everything running smoothly, from invoicing and purchase orders through to maintaining accurate compliance records. And throughout it all, you’ll champion safety and quality, making sure every job reflects RCR’s high standards and values. About You!

Your bring:

Experience in customer service, administration, or project coordination (ideally in a related industry). Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confidence with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Share Point). A collaborative, positive, and proactive approach. Experience using Sim PRO or similar scheduling systems (advantageous, but not essential).
