Free Range chicken products are the core products of the company, which are supplied to a range of clients including supermarkets and restaurants. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for the management of human resources operations including employee relations, talent acquisition, retention and development, health and safety, and employee engagement. Day to day tasks may include recruitment, employee onboarding, HR policy development and management, performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Qualifications Strong knowledge of New Zealand employment laws and regulations Experience in a human resources management role, ideally in a manufacturing or other primary industry Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to work with a diverse range of people Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Knowledge of WHS and HACCP systems, and experience in risk management is highly desirable Degree in HR management, business, or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
