Quality Assurance Supervisor – Nelson – £29k pa – Manufacturing Monday-Thursday 06:30-16:15 The Role Working with a highly successful food manufacturer, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to join this growing business with the potential to develop your career. You will be responsible for creating a monthly rota for the team, ensuring all functional areas of the factory are covered utilizing the strengths and abilities of the team, coaching and developing the team as necessary. Assisting with BRC/customer audits as required: preparing documentation for the Technical Manager/Technical Quality Manager, traceability, factory walkabouts, closing out non-conformances, etc. As the QA Supervisor, you will have clear communication, prove to be a reliable self-starter, and have the ability to delegate down or up if necessary. The Person2 years’ experience working in a similar role within a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel. Basic HACCP knowledge. Internal auditor course.
