An opportunity has become available in our Palmerston North branch for a Refrigeration & HVAC Service Supervisor.

You'll need a strong focus on providing top level customer service and will be instrumental in supporting our field technicians to be the best of the best.
You will need to balance your priorities with time out in the field and time back at the branch assisting in compliance, quoting and other such tasks.
Your key responsibilities will include: Provide appropriate support to the local team through communication and provision of technical support and mentoring Participation in an on-call roster (with great rates)Be proactive in providing assistance to other employees and sub-contractors Ensure that all maintenance work is carried out as per relevant contracts Ability to determine job priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision Liaise with clients and/or their representatives to discuss/resolve any issues arising from maintenance contracts or other work carried out Prepare quotations or estimates for installation or maintenance and/or related work as requested Ensure all Bwo F/12a requirements are completed in a timely manner Comply with company policies, procedures, and processes to achieve high-quality business delivery objectives and outcomes to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Technical qualifications and experience Ability to obtain EWRB registration (EST practising licence preferred)Trade certificate (refrigeration mechanic or HVAC)At least 3 years' industry experience which includes a minimum of 2 years' experience in HVAC& R Service Supervision.
