We are the principal dealer for Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Isuzu Utes and more recently the Husqvarna Franchise for the Rangitikei region We are looking for a Service and Parts Manager for our Marton Branch with proven background of delivering excellent customer service with a desire to help grow our business and also oversee our Husqvarna sales and service store The ideal candidate will need to have the following attributes: • Results driven with a real hunger and drive for success. • Ability to lead a team in a positive manner. • Ability to relate positively to customers, peers, and suppliers. • An awareness of the health & safety legislation and compliance requirements. • Have an adaptable personality to be able to fit in and shape our fantastic culture. To be successful in the role the individual we are looking for will: • Take ownership/responsibility for your day-to-day requirements • Be committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences • Have great time management and self-discipline, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills • Show the ability to hit the ground running and enjoy working under pressure • Be computer literate, good with numbers, accurate, and have an eye for detail • Be enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the ever-changing automotive industry The team in Marton currently consists of 3 senior technicians with WOF authority, 1 apprentice, 2 x front of house Service and Parts advisors and 1 x Husqvarna technician In return, the successful individual will be given ongoing training and support to achieve mutually agreed goals.
