Escape Glass Limited is seeking a talented Sales Administrator / Graphic Artist to join our dynamic team in Invercargill, Southland.
This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and enhancing our brand through creative design work.
What you'll be doing Providing administrative support to the team, including dealing with customers in store, processing orders, quoting jobs and maintaining customer records.
Creating engaging and visually appealing graphics for our marketing materials, website, and social media channels and for custom designed glass works.
Ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all sales-related documentation.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our sales and administrative processes.
The option to create glass artworks and products.
What we're looking for Excellent administrative and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite would be a big advantage.
Experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the glass industry but all training would be provided.
Trustworthy with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
A proven track record of delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
The ability to be physically hands on with some moderate to heavy lifting would be an advantage.
